The Eşik mobile app
Log what your body is doing in 30 seconds, and see your doctor with a clear report.
Eşik is a mobile menopause app by FAAPPS. Every evening you spend 30 seconds logging what is happening in your body after 45; when you go to your check-up, you take your one-page report with you.

How it works
Three steps: log it, see it over time, take it to your doctor.
- 1
Log it
30 seconds every evening: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood, bleeding. There is no save button; every tap is saved instantly.
- 2
See it over time
Follow the ups and downs and your 7-day average on the history chart. See bleeding and spotting days, and the days since your last bleed, on the cycle calendar.
- 3
Take it to your doctor
A one-page PDF report: your hot flash average, how often you have night sweats, your sleep and mood averages, the intervals between bleeds. Note down what you want to ask, and it is added to the report.
Partner card
Don't struggle to explain it; share a card.
The month in one image
The partner card puts the month's hot flash, night sweat and sleep summary into a single image that you share by message.
"What you can do": three concrete things
Below the card come three concrete suggestions for that month. Examples from the app:
- Keep the bedroom at 18°C (64°F).
- Keep a second duvet and sheet ready.
- Go to the doctor's appointment together.
FAQ
Common questions
How is it different from a period tracker?
Alongside your period days, Eşik logs perimenopause and menopause symptoms: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood and bleeding. It turns your entries into a one-page doctor report and shows a STRAW+10 stage estimate based on your cycle pattern; the estimate is for information only.
What does creating an account give me?
You create an account in two taps with Apple or your phone number; your entries are backed up to your own encrypted cloud backup and stay with you even if you change phones.
What is in the doctor report?
Your symptom scale score, how often you have hot flashes and night sweats, your sleep and mood averages, the intervals between bleeds, what you want to discuss at your appointment and any medicines you take. One page, PDF.
Is Eşik a diagnostic tool?
No. The stage estimate, threshold comparisons and patterns are for information only; each is shown with a note saying "this is not a diagnosis, talk to your doctor".
Is there an Android version?
Currently iPhone only (iOS 17 and later).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Manage Subscription, two taps. Your entries and the reports you created stay with you either way.
My clinician gave me a link or a QR code; what should I do?
Download the app from the App Store, log every evening for a month, then create the report before your check-up and take it with you.
