About
What is Eşik, and who makes it?
Eşik has two parts for women going through perimenopause and menopause: a sourced, plain-language content platform, and a mobile app that lets you log your symptoms and see your doctor with a clear report.
Our mission
We want you to understand what is happening in your body and to arrive at your doctor's appointment prepared. We offer the answers you are looking for about hot flashes, sleep, mood or cycle changes in clear language, together with their sources.
Two parts
The content platform: esik.life
The symptom and guide articles are based on institutional guidelines; each article ends with its sources and its last updated date. With the Which stage am I in? test you can see a stage estimate based on your cycle pattern.
The Eşik app
You log your symptoms in 30 seconds each evening; the app shows them over time and turns them into a one-page PDF report to take to your appointment. Create an account in two taps with Apple or your phone number; your entries are kept in an encrypted cloud backup. Details are on the app page.
Who makes it?
Eşik is developed by FAAPPS. The site and the app come from the same team; content, design and software are worked on together.
